"Hello I am a local business owner (East County Glass and Window) , I highly recommend Royal brass inc. in concord. I went to 3 different places looking for a hydraulic hose connector with no luck. then I went into royal brass inc. showed them my part, (QUENN ) the counter person immediately walked back to the parts shelves and grabbed exactly what i needed. Wow so refreshing to deal with friendly knowledgeable employees. I apologise if I misspelled employees name THANK YOU ROYAL BRASS"
